I booked a room with a big bed, a pay TV, a balcony, and a lounge. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very good! Stunning location and overall the staff was genuinely helpful and caring. There were the main shopping centre and a night market around the hotel.

Reasonably clean hotel, very very helpful team members on a waiter. Great-sized, brand-new room on level 4, special atmosphere. Courtesy of the staff. Particularly good location to city centre especially in the heat, and 15 minute walk from a Zen-like gallery. Also - really close to surrounding temples as well as the town center. Honestly no complains at all.

I was expecting a complimentary upgrade, but alas, just ordinary service! The electric sockets were nowhere near the bed, so forget charging your devices comfortably. The street map they provided was shockingly poor. I almost wrote a great review, but the service was far too basic for my taste. Absolutely disappointed.

5 star resort at a budget price
Don't overlook this beautiful hotel! A must when planning a visit to Angkor Wat. Very good accommodations and an amazing breakfast, all at budget prices. The staff is attentive, ensuring all your needs are met with a smile. The perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring! Highly recommended!

Modern room with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a spa tub and shower. Enjoyed the excellent breakfast with both Western and Cambodian options.
We faced an issue with our room assignment, initially receiving only three beds instead of four, and the view from our room was obstructed by the hotel entrance rather than the anticipated pool view. The noise from nearby karaoke restaurants was noticeable in the evenings, affecting the peaceful ambiance.

great stay but expect minor drawbacks
The room was spacious with a great layout making it ideal. The pool area was beautifully designed, offering a calm space away from the city's hustle. Really good staff helped with everything, making us feel welcome during our whole stay. I particularly enjoyed the city view from my room which added a charming touch.
The limited selection of TV channels could be improved.
